The man in the moon was made of Cheese right -  So extrapolate that out to a God is made of cheese  but hey, it must be lonely out there all by your self.  What does every lonely boy need - 'a  Toy'  but in this case the Toy is an Evil Cabal a puppet of God always striving to overtake the world but never aware it was always only ever the creators toy to play with.
